About us

After spending nearly 2 decades as a fitness trainer it was only be a matter of time before my body would need more careful consideration so the workouts had to become more mindful. In the last few years I have been using grounding and breathwork daily with clients, when we can. We are all very thankful for the peace and calm it brings along with the abundance of energy.
Grounding

We want to help clients find a safe space where they can heal, transform and awaken themselves, naturally, gain clarity simply by using the elements, breathing and with their feet on the ground.
The most common experience for a client Grounding for the first time is the realisation of how busy their mind is. It is not until they attempt to quieten the mind, the realisation of thousands of thoughts, memories, sounds and physical sensations. We combine these with Meditative practices and simple movement patterns so your whole body, mind and soul get the benefits.
In the last few years we have been given a great opportunity to look inside, take on a more holistic approach to life, would you like to know more? Can we help support you on a journey of inner evolution?
1-2-1 training

The neep approach to personal Training is always based on the individual concerned, all clients receive a bespoke workout depending upon there aims and goals.
I am a firm believer in using body weight and gravity to help, as a Dance teacher there is sometimes even a little show business.
The training given is generally for a reason, mental health, weight management, strength and power or simply balance.
